We have recently undergone a major facelift in the cardio room area to develop further our intent on making our fitness gym environment as inviting and friendly as possible. Within our cardio-vascular room we have recently added  2 x Johnson T8000 treadmill along with Johnson Recumbent bike, upright bike, rower and Eliptical trainer, and for your comfort, laid new flooring. Also new, a complete new rubber flooring  in the main gym, for a better training experience.
